I'm Gabi Fountain – an independent designer originally from Boorloo/Perth, currently based in Tokyo. With 7 years of experience in branding and advertising, I’ve worked with studios in-house in London and Boorloo/Perth, and worked remotely with studios in LA, and Warrang/Sydney, while also managing independent clients and projects on the side.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working across a diverse range of clients, with capabilities covering branding, packaging, printed materials, websites, exhibition identities, campaigns, and art direction.
My creative practice is highly values-driven, with a keen focus in art, fashion, beauty, and social responsibility. I approach my work with a strong conceptual foundation, and when appropriate, often endeavour to visualise challenging, outdated or misinformed concepts in new ways.
I welcome cross-disciplinary collaboration and believe it offers great opportunity to push projects to their highest potential.
